After chatting for a while, we ordered dishes. Stone pot chicken is sold by weight. The ingredients are local chickens, 138 yuan per catty. If you add matsutake mushrooms, you have to add 48 yuan per catty. Although the price is really not cheap, since you are here, you must not give up, so you slaughtered a chicken weighing about two catties. I also ordered a stir-fried Tibetan pork with green peppers and some vegetarian dishes that can be used in hot pot. Stir-fried pork with green peppers is the fastest. The characteristics of Tibetan fragrant pigs are more lean meat, less fat, and chewy! We ate meat while watching the second brother strolling outside the door. It was quite interesting! After a while, the stone pot chicken was finally served. I scooped a pea soup first. It was fragrant and rich in flavor. It was really good with matsutake mushrooms.
